Authors who publish their manuscripts in AMANAH: Jurnal Manajemen Keuangan Sektor Publik agree to the following terms:

Copyright Retention

Authors retain the copyright of their published articles without restrictions. However, they grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) that allows others to share and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s) and the source, and that any derivative works are distributed under the same license.

License Terms

Under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license, users are permitted to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;

  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for non-commercial purposes, as long as they credit the author(s) and license their new creations under identical terms.

The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as users follow the license terms, which include giving appropriate credit, providing a link to the license, indicating if changes were made, and not using the material for commercial purposes.

Author’s Rights

Authors are allowed to:

  • Reuse, distribute, and reproduce their published article in other non-commercial works (such as books, theses, or institutional repositories) with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

Publisher’s Rights

The publisher is entitled to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher. The journal also has the right to preserve, index, and disseminate the article through various academic and research databases and repositories for non-commercial scholarly purposes.
